Friday we taught a class together and then vegged out at home. Saturday I ran a 5k with my two best running ladies. We did pretty good and had a great time. I had them over for mimosas afterwards. Jer and I went to a nice dinner, just the 2 of us that night. Sunday I took and taught a class and then had tea with a friend. Watched the Bills and the Broncos win!!!

We had a great weekend. Birthday party for our friend's kid, bowling, booze, games. And still had some time to do some cooking and baking and napping! ;D

I work friday night and saturday, but I went out and hung out with a coworker after work and it was good to get out of my house for a while. Sunday was nice and relaxing, and I actually enjoyed a day off instead of panicking about how many chores needed to be done.

My weekend was good. Friday we stayed home and watched a movie with cocktails and such.
Saturday I made a big breakfast and then we headed to the Renaissance Faire for the day. Later that night a couple of friends came over and we hung out by the fire pit.
Sunday jay had plans with a friend. I stayed home and did some cleaning, then went grocery shopping. Jay was passing the stoe on his way home so he popped in and finished the shopping together.

Weekend was fantastic! MyName was visiting and we road-tripped it to Austin to watch a longhorn victory (yay!) and see the important sites around town. The weather was perfect for us, the food was all delicious, and I got her back in time for her flight, so all the important stuff worked out very well. She is truly an awesome friend and I had so much fun showing her around and getting to know her in the process. I'm definitely going to plan a trip up there at some point so we can do it again in her element. I really couldn't have asked for a better couple of days with her, except maybe I should have left town a little earlier yesterday instead of cutting it a little close on the drop-off, but I think it worked out alright since she made it back on schedule.

I finally went through all my pictures from vacation and from meeting my new nephew! My parents came down Saturday to see the baby, so we joined them for lunch and enjoyed the weather on the patio. It was a low-key weekend.
As anyone who has gotten to meet her already knows, OPS is just awesome. I had the best time with her, she was an amazing tour guide and so much fun to hang out with. Between all the great food/drinks, Friday night on 6th St and tailgating/watching the Longhorns win, I feel like I got to experience the best of Austin thanks to her. It was really like visiting an old friend!
Lol, I think the timing was perfect for the airport run, I was just a little nervous because I am neurotic about that stuff. I wouldn't have traded a minute of the trip anyway.
And I'm so glad I got to experience some beautiful weather, because this morning it was so cold here the heat kicked on in my building for the first time this season.
It was good! Went down to Montana Friday night just for a quick getaway thanks to his boss, who paid for our place. Hung out in the hot tub in the fresh mountain air and even got some Christmas shopping done. I also got a couple pairs of those Matty M leggings from Costco I have heard about on here. They really are great, and they don't sell them in Canada.
Sunday I meal prepped and watched football with MH. I already can't wait for Friday.
