Day 3. I dreamed about some kind of non-compliant food last night, and I think it was that I was accidentally eating things without realizing and then was so annoyed when I realized I had been doing it wrong (I remembered right when I woke up but don't now). Other than that, it's only day 3, so no major changes over here yet!
I'm trying to get all my grad school homework done in time for tomorrow's 4 hour class (ugh!), which also means that I need to cook 2 dinners tonight so that I have food to eat for tomorrow. Busy, busy!

Day 30!!!
Not much going on for me today because my slow season at work just started. I went to a friend's going away party last night and had club soda & lime. It was delicious, and I didn't even miss having alcohol.
Day 7 post plan. I went back to cross fit today for the first time in about 5 months. It was brutal. I threw up afterwards. My local gym (I refuse to call it a box) offers a 30 minute high intensity lunch time workout that is killer and I don't have to pay for a membership. Just a 10 class punch card for $100. I used to go twice a week and it was pretty transformative. I'm looking forward to getting back into the swing of it.
I did a ton of meal planning this weekend. Tonight we are having stuffed peppers but I made them using those tiny little tri colored peppers that you see in veggie platters. So they will feel like poppers or something.
I'm gearing up for a bunch of meals out, as we are about to interview a bunch of candidates. I'm hopeful I can handle that challenge, because so far, this hasn't been as hard as I thought it would be.
Good luck Emily. I find it really challenging to stay on track while eating out. I'm sure you can do it with some pre planning! Check out some menus online.
