21st. I spent it in Ireland. It wasn't because I was legally able to drink, I think it was because I actually went out and did something. No one ever remembers my birthday or does anything special for it so it was nice to be thought of.
My 30th. DH took me up to the finger lakes for a wine event. We stayed at a beautiful bed & breakfast. It was perfect. It even snowed the last night and the wineries looked beautiful the next morning.

My 21st by far. A bunch of friends came out and I had the best time ever. We went out to dinner, then went to a college hockey game where I got to do a trivia thing on the big screen. Then we all went out and since it was the beginning of spring break, we had one of the bars totally to ourselves, lol. Then we went to a friend's place and I was up until like 5am (I was pretty notorious in college for staying up super late). I had so much fun, I wish I could relive it! Maybe a few less drinks this time though, I don't think I could handle that anymore!
I would say my 23rd was the best. It was the first birthday I had after leaving my ex, so I felt really free and happy for the first time in years. Also, it was the first birthday I celebrated with my now-H, so it was special to me.
The one I remember best as a kid was my 8th (I believe). My mom basically said it was a day to do whatever I wanted. I remember being so overwhelmed with the opportunity. I'm not even sure what we did. All I remember is she took me to the beauty college and I got my hair done. I just remember it being a fun day of just me and her.
My 21st was awesome. We went to the bowling alley. It has a bar next door and a window between to two so you could order drinks. I was SO drunk by the end of the night I was puking in the parking lot. Lol. But it was a blast! I even had some friends who just ended up being there the same night so we had a bigger group hang out then planned.
This past year (my 26th) was fun too. We had tickets with the in-laws to see the musical Sister Act. We went out to dinner at my choice of place and saw the musical. It wasn't specifically planned for my birthday, but the show was the day before my birthday so we turned it into a celebration of me!
I should do something special for my DH. I never have. I didn't even do anything special for his 30th.

30th. My H and I went to Florida for a long weekend and stayed in a family member's (second) home there. It was nice and low key, and on my actual birthday, my H took me shopping for a necklace, out to dinner and we saw Frankenweenie (lol, I'm a Tim Burton fan). It was perfect.
I can't think of any of my own that stand out as the best...
I loved my husband's 30th birthday party though. His closest friend and I planned it all out, told him it would just be a small get-together with our usual group, maybe 6 of us total. Ended up with a very large group, played board games, and he had a Catan cake. He had a close friend through school and afterward that he has told me all about, but I had never met. Our mutual friend said they had a bit of a falling out - the two hadn't seen each other in years. This old friend of his came though, and they got to spend some time together, which was really nice. I was glad to finally meet this friend I had heard so much about. I guess it stands out to me because this friend of theirs passed away about a year later. So DH's 30th birthday was the last time they were together, and the first time in a long time.

Can I choose multiple?
18th - Camped with friends on an island off Palm Beach
21st - Partied with best friends and stumbled on a Gator athlete auction at a local bar. I spent the evening bidding with money I didn't have on dates with football players.
29th - Spent it in Puerto Rico with H. We went horse backing riding through this amazing sugar cane plantation and forest, then went out to an incredible dinner in San Juan.
My 30th was this year and I had a fun party, but it wasn't my best!
I have had SO many wonderful birthdays it's hard to pick.
All of my birthday parties from age 5-12 were all spectacular. My mom/family always made such a big deal with them so I had a themed party every year from those ages.
My 16th party was great. It was just me and friend who did a bunch of girlie things and had a sleepover.
My 22nd birthday I was in Daytona.
My H's 24th birthday was also one of my favorites (Even though it wasn't mine) I made him a scavenger hunt all around the town we live in to find clues for. Decorated his car with car paint and balloons. Got us a hotel room and decorated that with 24 helium balloons. Had a silly string war! Made cupcakes and had gift opening. Rented a movie and ate a yummy meal!
