I've seen this phrasing come up in several posts now, when talking about eliminated foods during Whole30. "You won't know if you have a problem with X." (Like, you won't know if you have a problem with dairy until you add it back in).
This may be ignorant, and slightly TMI, but how do you know if you have a problem with a food? For example, I know I'm lactose intolerant. I've obviously cut out dairy, but my stomach has actually been a disaster since I started Whole30. So...how do you know what the problem foods are??
How different is W30 from your previous diet? It could be a food sensitivity. But it could also be an adjustment to the huge shift in macros. If you were eating a lot of grains and starches and not much fat, W30 is a vastly different macro profile. And many people have issues with the change, but it gets better with time.
I'm definitely eating a LOT more fat. Like....30% more based on MFP. I tracked for the first 10 days, and for the past few I haven't been as zealous. My macros were coming in at about 25 carb/25 protein/50 fat. Before I was doing a 50/30/20 most days.

This could definitely be a factor then. If it doesn't get better in the coming days, I would suggest temporarily dialing back the fat and increasing starchy vegetables and protein to see if that helps.
