What plan are you following and how did it go this week? Tracking on MFP. It went pretty well. I didn't lose this week, but I didn't gain either which is a win for me these days!
High of the Week: I wore a dress/heels yesterday for an important event at work. I don't usually get to dress up due to the nature of my job, so I got a lot of compliments which is nice - especially after gaining weight since last Winter!
Low of the Week: Being told I cannot run for an undetermined amount of time. I feel kind of like a lost puppy right now...just trying to keep active and motivated to do other things.
What is your weakness/biggest challenge? How do you deal with that? I posed this question because I have a whole lot of catered food to face this week. Free food is my biggest weakness/challenge. Especially if it's good food. I think it comes from growing up poor - I've discussed it with another friend who grew up in similar circumstances. Yesterday it was Panera breakfast Souffles and Bagels. Today they are providing breakfast (which is most likely pastries) and lunch (unknown - probably sandwiches). I try to hit the fruit and veggies first, but I always cave and go for the good stuff anyway. I just try to adjust the rest of my day to stay within my calorie goals. This can be a big challenge now that I'm not marathon training and burning a million extra calories!

What plan are you following and how did it go this week? Paleoish. I refuse to give up beans and a little cheese. One week in and I'm finally over the sugar purge crapiness.
High of the Week: Wearing clothes that haven't fit in months.
Low of the Week: None really.
What is your weakness/biggest challenge? How do you deal with that? Eating sweets and junk. Calorie counting was a giant fail this time because I was fitting in cookies and candy and all kinds of crap.

What plan are you following and how did it go this week? I'm doing W.Watchers, the old plan on my own. I haven't pointed or followed the plan for a few weeks so this a jump start for me today.
High of the Week: I weighed in this morning and I stayed the same, it's not a gain. I can live with that.
Low of the Week: I was busy Mon and Tuesday were the best days of the this week weather wise and I wasn't able to get out or go to the gym on either day.
What is your weakness/biggest challenge? How do you deal with that? Getting myself to the gym at lunch. Even though the gym is a 5-10 min walk from work, the weather today is really crappy. I plan to deal with it by using taking a shower after my work-out as an incentive.
What plan are you following and how did it go this week? MFP tracking to stay in my +/- 3lb maintenance range. I've been better this week about logging, although I tend to still take a break on the weekend evenings from tracking. So far the scale hasn't revolted so I'll probably stick with this approach since the mental break does me good.
High of the Week: Completing my first trail/obstacle race on Sunday. So much fun!
Low of the Week: Work. Busy, which is good, but I feel like I'm doing just an "okay" job at several things vs. excelling at a few- I need a weekend to rest.
What is your weakness/biggest challenge? How do you deal with that? Not being prepared for hunger when it strikes- especially if I'm out running errands or at work with no food along with me. It's so easy for me to fall back into old habits when this happens. I'm working on this a bit by trying to incorporate more good fat and protein into my diet so I remain satisfied but dang my old habits die hard.
What plan are you following and how did it go this week? Right now I'm trying not to journal or log my good. Trying to use what I've learned and go with how I feel and fuel my body that way. It's been hard to let that control go
High of the Week: Still staying steady weight wise
Low of the Week: trying to let go if controlling every singles bite that goes into my mouth.
What is your weakness/biggest challenge? How do you deal with that? Biggest challenge is splurging now that I have no idea what I have and haven't eaten calorie wise that day. I'm trying to learn to let go and not obsess. It's a big problem I need to deal with.
What plan are you following and how did it go this week? Just MFP, using my Fitbit, and my regular exercise routine which I amped up.
High of the Week: I ran a long distance without stopping. Since I don't run, this is a huge accomplishment.
Low of the Week: I gained weight but I'm almost back to what I was.
What is your weakness/biggest challenge? How do you deal with that? Food. Trying to keep it healthy is a huge issue. I've been working on it. I deal with it by using MFP. It has helped me a lot. I had no clue how much I was eating before.
