Well, not that it's super-healthy but a good wedge salad with bacon (the entire reason for a wedge salad), bleu cheese, crumbles and onion strings is always welcome.
SweetGreens had a salad of the month in June that I dreamt about. I made it at home too. Here is the list: arugula, feta, diced cucumbers, diced strawberries, fresh mint leaves, candied pecans, and vinaigrette. The mint leaves put it over the top.

From a restaurant - Houlihan Buffalo Bleu - fried chicken tenders tossed in buffalo sauce with lettuce, gorgonzola, bleu cheese, bacon and garlic ranch dressing
Homemade - Romaine hearts, craisins, grape tomatoes, feta, grilled chicken and green peppers tossed with Ken's Lite Northern Italian dressing

We get on salad kicks all the time. Our "recipe" is:
greens + dried fruit (or fresh fruit) + nut + cheese ex: spinach, dates, walnuts, feta or romaine, apple slices, pecans, shaved manchego
Then I make a simple dressing with one part oil, one part balsamic, and a dash of dried mustard powder. We keep flavored oils and different balsamics around to mix it up (Current Balsamic, Blood Orange Olive Oil, etc).
You have to toast the almonds. Omg. So amazing. This is my favorite salad ever. It looks/sounds odd but its delicious. I've made it for several potlucks and people devour it.
Sometimes I like to add either slivers of grapes, strawberries or blueberries for a bit of sweetness.
Thinly sliced Tuscan kale, tossed with olive oil, apple cider vinegar, Dijon mustard, salt, pepper and honey. Let that sit for an hour or so to soften the kale.

I am totally obsessed with beet salad. Roasted beets, spinach, goat cheese, candies walnuts (if I have them), sometimes apples, and a lime vinaigrette.

Aldi does these breaded goats cheese rounds that you can heat up under the broiler for a few minutes, I put those on arugula tossed with some olive oil and balsamic vinegar. I also really love a chefs salad with ham, cheddar, chopped boiled eggs, croutons, and balsamic vinagarette over romaine.
I make one at home with field greens, craisins, blue cheese crumbles and chopped walnuts. I use balsamic vinaigrette (or white balsamic vinaigrette) dressing. Yum!
The Kale Salad from Trader Joes is a special kind of delicious
I get the Kabob Salad from The 99 like once a week ( no olives though because olives are WRONG)
I get the hummus power bowl salad ( with a green smoothie) from Panera like once a week too ( YUM)
Pretty mucg 4 days a week I get a salad from the salad bar at Stop & Shop I get - Spinach, Red and Yellow Bell Peppers, Cucumbers, Two Hardboiled eggs, Shredded cheese ( just a little too much weighs it down IMO) cottage cheese PLENTY of croutons and a few fresh berries if they have them, then I douse that motherfucker in FF balsemic vinegarette. YUM so so good.
