Is there a way to change the calorie setting to reflect breastfeeding? Shall I just add 600 or so to my daily allotment? Go with what they give me and adjust if supply is affected?

I keep my calories as "maintain" and then add 500 per day. It's working so far.
Eta: when I had my calories set as "loose 1lb a week" my supply decreased and I wasn't loosing. Now that it's at "maintain" my supply is good and I'm loosing slowly.
I just added 500. So it told me to eat 1200 to lose one pound per week. I changed it to 1700 but I was still too hungry. Obviously my child eats at least 1000 calories from me
Ok, awesome. I'll play around a little and see how it goes. I'm actually already at pre preg weight, but I'm eating everything I can get my hands in and I want to make sure I'm actually eating enough of the right stuff.

Woman, you looked like you were at pre pregnancy weight mere hours after birthing that child. Eat allllll the things.

Lol! Thank you, but my pre preg weight was still more than it should be, and I'm pudgy in all the wrong places ;-) Still need to keep an eye on it... Not to eat allllll the things, just most of the things!
