-I'm thankful that my parents were able to move closer to me (which has its drawbacks sometimes, of course ) -I'm thankful we took a vacation last year because I don't know when we'll have another. -I'm always thankful for my dog!

-I'm thankful that I had the privilege to act as caregiver for my grandmother when she had Alzheimer's. I was 19. It was hard and stressful and overwhelming, at times. But it also bred a strength and empathy and patience that I think I was lacking prior to that.

-Thankful I was able to study abroad. It was the only way I was going to be able to live in another country. -I am thankful I was able to feel what it was like to be pg and hopefully I get to experience childbrith and being a mom.

Wow that is amazing. There are so many adults who wouldn't do that for their family.
I am thankful we are able to take vacations and have some time to relax.
I'm thankful that I walked into the fire house 11 years ago to join even though I was terrified.
I'm thankful my friend was a gossip and told DH I had a crush on him years ago. I would never of had the guts to approach him. Luckily he had the guts to Nextel me, lol.

I'm thankful for my trip to Costa Rica. I saw things not a lot of people get to see. It also really opened my eyes to see how some of the kids were living in a very remote area. We donated supplies and painted their school. We played soccer with the kids and it was fun!
I'm thankful for my dad working for an airline because we were able to travel quite a bit when I was a kid. I've been lucky enough to see a lot of great places around the US and have a good relationship with extended family I probably wouldn't know otherwise.
I am thankful for my sorority because if I hadn't joined, I really wouldn't be living the same life. Most of my friends I made directly or indirectly from being Greek. I just wish my sorority was still around so I could go back for recruitment and Greek week events!
Thankful growing up my dad traveled a lot so we got to experience travel growing up.
Thankful for my missions trip to Latvia. We went to a prison to interact with the inmates and play games with them, cleared fields, played and had a VBS for an orphanage for disabled kids. It was very life changing and a great experience.
I'm thankful I got to travel to Italy with my school when I was 16.
I'm thankful I went away to college even though I was shy and terrified. It's the best decision I made in my life. I grew so much (and met my H!)
I'm thankful my father worked (stills works) like a dog so that my mom, brothers and I had a very nice and comfortable life with lots of fun family vacations.

1. I'm thankful my mom's test results came back free of bacteria and cancer! Also thankful that she's being so proactive about her health now.
2. I'm thankful I went away for grad school. Spending two years out of state really helped me grow up and find out who I was/wanted to be. Plus I met some really amazing friends while there!
3. I'm thankful for the 3 hour nap I just took...I knew I would sleep good but didn't realize I would pass out like that. Honestly I had to force myself to wake up...definitely need to catch up on sleep this weekend.
4. I'm thankful that all my testing at work went smoothly. If all goes well I should be able to finish up both my big projects before I leave.
