For the last couple of months I've been following a six-day per week 20-minute workout plan. But I missed days because of company, illness, vacation, etc., so I go ahead and workout the entire week when I can. It's replaced my morning walks that I can no longer do because of a bad knee.
Right now 0. I get on kicks where I will work out 3-4 times a week but then I go through periods like now where I've only worked out once in th e past few months. I really need to be more consistent I normally go to my parents house to work out but since they are selling, I need to find stuff I can do at home since the cold is coming and running sounds less appealing.

3 days in a good week is what I can manage now. Between the two kids and our schedule, I often have to choose between working and working out, and working out doesn't come with a paycheck.
5 days, most weeks. I'm going to be so goddamn sore, though, cuz last night I did a boot-camp type thing with a new guy and my gym friend who always pushes me way hard was there snd I think I overdid it.
Among other things, we did 50 burpees (not all at once). I'm too old for this shit.

Right now, 0.
A couple of weeks ago I was really trying to get back into a routine. Then my kids got sick, then I got sick, now my kids are sick again. Maybe I can try again in the spring!
I used to do mostly an hour of cardio 5-6 times a week but I changed it up and now I do 30 minutes of circuit training/weights and 20-30 minutes of cardio 5 times a week. On days that me and H go to the gym together I do an hour of circuit training/weights.
