I bought something in fall there and barely got it in time for Christmas. It was one of those RockABye rocking horses. My toddler both loves it and has no sense of time, so it all worked out. I have actually used Zulily in presentations on how to handle complaints that come through social media, if that gives you any idea how frequently people take to their FB wall with rants.

At least that long. It took so long the first time I ordered something that I started to wonder if the whole site was a scam.
I ordered DD1 some shoes about two weeks ago, and they're still listed as "in transit to zulily". I never order from there unless I don't care how long it takes to get an item to me.
If you read about their business model on their site, though, they do explain how things work and why it takes as long as it does. They don't place an order for items until the "event" ends, and then the order has to arrive at their location, then items are sent to individual buyers. It takes awhile.
On the other hand, they do get some adorable/unique things and the prices can be awesome. They had Sorel winter boots for cheap earlier this week and I missed it. Bummer.
