Kind of a shot in the dark, but does anyone regularly practice meditation? I've always been curious about it, and then I recently read 10% Happier which was a basic intro to meditation. I would recommend that book, it's kind of the skeptic's journey to meditation. Now I'm reading Mindful Birthing which is also all about meditation (kind of a coincidence that I'm reading these two books back to back.)
So, do you meditate? If so, any books or resources that you would suggest? Maybe blogs or podcasts?
Do I have programs I don't currently use very often? Yes. I used to meditate regularly. I need to get back into it. I own the Silva Method. It's a big pricey but it's a good sized program.
I'm curious to see if anyone has any blogs or podcasts that they recommend. I'm also doing the Heidi Brockmyre meditations when I can.
