You need to find somewhere on your body to show off your pinterest inspired "deep thoughts tattoo". Make sure its dramatic to convey your white girl struggle.
After yesterday's birthday party fun, I'm tempted to dress as a "co-op preschool mom" for our trick-or-treating with neighbors. But I don't think I have time to go thrifting for the perfectly-mismatched clothes to convey that I obviously just don't care what I look like.
This thread has been the highlight of my day. And, @kirkette, I do worry that no one will get it and that when I explain it, basic bitches may be offended, LOL. My runner-up costume is Veronica Mars, which is similarly low profile, but not offensive.
No. Basic Bitches are usually not self-aware enough to think they are basic bitches. They have either never heard the term or they swear up & down they are not basic bitches. Just like hipsters. Most hipsters don't admit to being hipsters.
I have a black puffer vest - from the Gap circa 1998. This is why I throw nothing out. It pays to be a hoarder (sorta).
Omg, when ponchos came (briefly) back into style a while back (late 90s or early 00s?) my mom was crushed that she had tossed her 70s handknit ponchos. Oh mom, lol. No one wants those!
