I'm making my grocery list for the week and trying to figure out what to eat for breakfast. I typically eat yogurt, but cutting that out to see if it will help my acne.
So...I'm at a loss at what to eat for breakfast. I need something I can easily grab out of the cupboard/fridge. Minimal prep and preferably not oatmeal. We don't have bowls at work, so I'd have to buy those and I really don't want to.
I make ham and cheese empanadas pretty regularly. Easy to freeze and heat up. But those don't really jive with the no dairy thing. You can always do alternate fillings sans dairy though. Let me know if you'd like the recipe I use.
I'm going to stick with the hard boiled eggs, as already suggested, with a piece of fruit. You might also consider pre cooking some breakfast sausage. Sometimes I'll do that and stick it in a hot dog bun. Kind of weird, but it's filling and easy to eat on the go. Also, granola in a baggie with a cup of almond/soy/coconut milk. You can also make a smoothie in the evening. Toss the blender in the fridge then add ice in the morning and reblend.

There are some other foods besides dairy that you may want to avoid to help your acne. I'd shy away from anything bread-related, peanut butter, breakfast bars, fruit juices, etc.
Unfortunately, slow-cooking oatmeal with fresh berries and ground flaxseed would probably work WONDERS for your skin. Seriously, this is miracle food for acne. But I understand the lack of time in the morning.
Hard-boiled eggs were a great suggestion. That and fresh fruit that you cut up the night before? And full-fat Greek yogurt with no sugar. Avocados?

Kashi has a pretty good cereal that has quite a bit of fiber and protein. I get the one that says it has fiber twigs or something like that, a cup serving has as much protein as a hard boiled egg (I think hard boiled eggs are gross)...you could eat that dry...I do in a rush.
I know you said no oatmeal, but I also like making baked oatmeal, adding protein powder, then I have breakfast for a week. I just portion them in Tupperware on Sunday, then grab and go every am.

Egg cups. scramble eggs - add in your favorite stuff (cheese, onion, peppers, etc...). pour into muffin tins and bake at 350 for ~ 25 min until puffy and done. remove from muffin tin and freeze. you can reheat in the microwave in the mornings. you can also line the muffin tins with partially cooked bacon or proscuitto if you want meat as well - or put an already cooked sausage patty on the bottom.

I make these oatmeal bar/square things. They have oats, banana, peanut butter, egg, cinnamon and a couple of other things I'm sure, I'd have to find the recipe. But anyway you bake them for like 20 mins. I then cut them into squares and freeze. Grab one, put a little pb on it in the morning and microwave for 30ish seconds when I'm at work. They make a good breakfast or snack and are easy to make and portable.
