Day 2 for me.
Yesterday was a bit of a fail. I didn't meal plan/grocery shop like I wanted to so I planned on going last night after horseback riding. I was going to pick up a "quick and easy" meal from Wegmans. Yeah...EVERYTHING I normally get had sugar in it. So, I threw in the towel and "dinner" was a Lara bar and a handful of cashews
Yesterday was good, I'm feeling tired today though (probably not related). I had a coffee with coconut milk this AM which was surprisingly not bad considering the lack of sugar.
Today I'm having coconut curry soup with chicken for lunch and salmon with brussel sprouts for dinner. Yum.
Today is Day 2 for me. I'm amazed that I finally made it successfully through a day 1! I failed miserably last week but I am committed now. I'm going to do it 100% because little cheats turn into big cheats for me. I'm going to order the book this morning. I think I need to also give up watching the food network at night because that turns into cravings for me. Last night I was eating hard boiled eggs at 8:30!
I'm worried about Halloween. They are doing a potluck at work with fried chicken (yikes!). Plus my son is very good at sharing his Halloween candy. I've got to just say no because one piece of candy turns into way more.
Today should be easy though, I made chili for lunch and dinner is shrimp and green beans.

Dude, my H watches Diners Driveins and Dives and suddenly I want things I haven't eaten in years. Cheeseburger made of donuts? YES PLEASE. Peach cobbler with bacon on top? HECK YES.

I never realized how much damn food was on the internet, especially Instagram, until I started doing Whole30. Now I want to lick my screen about 10 times a day.
I'm post plan but keeping up a mostly paleo diet. Just got back from a lunchtime cross fit workout and I'm shaking like a leaf! Every muscle is wobbly. Such a great workout. I'm having spaghetti squash and meat sauce for lunch but I'm really sick of spaghetti squash. I could go the rest of my life without eating it again and be pretty happy about that. Haha. Not sure about dinner tonight. I was going to make a salmon coconut curry but I'm feeling like I just want some red meat tonight.
