Day 4 for me.
Yesterday was TERRIBLE. I was nauseous, had sweats and a headache pretty much all day. I thought I was getting sick but then I read this is a normal "withdrawl" reaction from sugar and carbs. Today is a bit better--not nauseous, but still exhausted, headache-y and blah. Thank god for my friend who is doing this with me because I was thisclose to throwing in the towel yesterday.
Today is Day 4 for me. I've been doing really well, no slip ups at all. I'm really proud of myself. I think the key for me is definitely planning out my next few meals. I just started the book last night and it's really interesting, especially the part about the oreos.
My biggest meal is probably dinner. Although lunch is a very close second. I've been eating a lot of approved foods at meals because I do not want to get hungry. That is dangerous territory for me. Last night I ate the whole bag of green beans - wtf? but they were so good!
What's the deal with vinegar btw? Can we have balsamic vinegar?

Vinegar is totally compliant. There are some weirdos that are Paleo Purists (TM) that will say "vinegar isn't paleo" and I would like to kick them in the shins. Vinegar is fine.

Ok good because I put balsamic vinegar on pretty much everything!
Day 11. Doing well so far but like I said earlier this week, I know that is coming to an end b/c DH and I are going out for our anniversary this weekend. that will be my only cheat meal and I'm okay with it. I'll pick back up sunday AM and then will stick with it again until dinner on 11/8 when we go out with friends (although that is for brazilian bbq so I Think I can be pretty good).
Lunch and dinner are about equal size for me. Though this week, I'm pretty much stuffing bits of lunch into my face between meetings. Last week it took me about 3 1/2 hours to eat everything I packed for lunch. Grrr.
