I'm only on day 4 and so far I've been eating fairly "normal" foods. For example: made crockpot chicken tacos (that I make all the time) but made a salad out of it with no dairy or tortillas. So, stuff that I am used to eating. And I am so turned off by food. I look at it and it just looks gross and I don't want to eat it. I can't even finish meals because I'm so turned off by what I am eating.
