Grilled tilapia, spinach, garlic and pepper with spirulina pasta in a sriracha cream sauce. It turned out really well!
Do you have a recipe for the sriracha cream sauce? That sounds fantastic!
Thanks!
I don't have a recipe for it because it was an improvisation. It was supposed to be a jalapeno cream sauce, but I didn't have any.
Basically, the recipe goes like this (some things are missing):
Heat oil in pan, add chopped garlic and brown slightly. Add fish and cook on one side, turn over, and add vegetables (pepper, tomato, etc) Then, I liberally added sriracha over the top of this mixture, since this was when I should have added the jalapeno. When fish just begins to flake, add the heavy cream and bring to a boil. Turn down heat and allow to simmer for a few minutes. Remove fish and stir sauce for a minute to thicken. Serve over pasta.
How were the spinach lasagna rolls? I'm headed to the grocery store in a little while and I'd like to incorporate at least one vegetarian dish a week-if not 2.

They are delicious, easy to make, and filling. I make them often.
Thanks, Tamb! I actually got lucky, because I burned my hand plating the food. That's what it looks like when I do it really quickly while muttering, "Shit, shit!" under my breath.
Bonefish Grill Sirloin and Crab Cakes (I had edamame succotash and garlic mashed potatoes and my steak was ungarnished) MIL and aunt/uncle are in town so we're restaurant hopping this week. BFG is right down the road and next to the freeway. Yesterday was PF Chang's because MIL had never been (!)
