I've been enjoying off season, possibly a little too much. After my half I've taken it really easy. I've been busy at work, had more on my plate because Calvin's been traveling, and I've been focusing on other things. All good. I might get the run up over 60 miles tonight; I love going running during ToT.

66 running miles for me. This month is pretty disappointing. I ended up not running when I traveled to Utah, and then I missed several runs due to H's work schedule and child care issues. November should be much better.
Did you see a cardiologist? Did I miss an update after your marathon? I hope you are well and that you're back running soon.
I had another episode 2 weeks ago, so they told me no running until it is figured out. I went for my stress echo on Wednesday and everything looked good...so I'm still in the same boat - my heart spazzes out and they are not sure why. I'm waiting for the cardiologist to look at the echo and schedule my follow up.

Omg, didn't even hit 50.... That's what I get for a half marathon so early in the month. My "recovery" has been juuuust a bit too long. Here's to getting back at it in November!
Running: 32miles whomp whomp CrossFit 18 times. I did pr my half time to 2:02:55 (12min PR), and had max lifts at CrossFit of 55# snatch (I hate snatches), 105# clean and jerk, 140# front squat! and 3RM 120# bent row. I'm doing my dead lift tomorrow since I skipped Wednesday. All in all a pretty successful month. I'm a little sad my mileage is slacking :^). I'd like to break 600 miles for the year, and I'm about 90miles from that. I need to up my game a bit!
