I haven't done it but I've investigated. I would go. There are only a handful of rides that are off limits, and plenty of other stuff to do. Just plan on shorter days or nap breaks!
I went at 20 weeks in late June and it was fine. No issues. I brought a bunch of different shoes, the most comfortable ended up being my flip flops with a 2 inch foam bottom. Disney has lots of places to sit down in the shade. I could go on most of the rides but when DH and SDs were on roller coasters I could rest up for 20-30 minutes.
Do not do Universal. You can't go on any rides, no shade and nowhere to sit. I went back to the hotel that day.

Even if you don't stay at one, the monorail hotels can be a great spot for a break. They all have comfy lounges and outdoor areas where you can sit and relax away from the park. I like taking the boat to Wilderness Lodge, too. They have great rocking chairs on their back porch and a super cozy lobby.

I was 26 weeks when we went in February. It was no big deal. THe rides I couldn't go on, I just sat on a bench in the shade and stuffed my face with ice cream. But most rides are doable.
I went when I was about 5 weeks pregnant, and again in September (2x in September actually). I just drank plenty of water and rested. I'm going again in December and I'll be 28 weeks along. It's totally doable and still fun.
CurlyQ284 We went to Universal last year to do the Harry Potter area, we loved the HP stuff but omg the rest of the entire park we were like wth else is there to do?? Lol! Not impressed with that park.
Ohhhhhh yes we definitely went to HP. I liked that section because I'm a huge fan and the detail was amazing. I walked through the castle with DH and SDs even though I cpuking get on the ride and I still had a blast. Also butterbeer. And moaning myrtle. And all the things! But they are not pregnant friendly for the most part.
Just a random thought but is there anywhere you would like to vacation while still kid free? Beach vacations, Europe, etc are a lot tougher with kids in tow.

This is a great point. My DH already had kids so we have never been kid free. we weren't even able to go on a honeymoon. I am dying to go to Europe again (went in college) but I have no clue when that will happen.

Nah, not really. We are in money saving mode and we live close to Disney so it's not an expensive trip. And we've been married 9 years, traveled all over.
Fair enough. Just 5 years and 2 kids later a vacation where I could sit on my ass and do nothing on the beach sounds like heaven
I have been a few times while pregnant at various stages. I just sat out a few rides and used that time to sit, rest, and drink water to keep up the duration of the day. I think it is completely doable if you know that you won't do everything, but that is my attitude with Disney in general...much more fun if you slow down.
I am going at 21 weeks. I plan to do the non-roller coaster rides and eating! We are just going for 48 hours in the middle of a trip to the ILs, so we are just doing Epcot and Magic Kingdom.
