I have a theory. After the men sucked so much, and the commentary is even worse, I think they're intentionally putting it out there to make sure people tune in. Now everyone has to watch to see what the fuss is about.
Don't watch Brian Williams. He is all "close your eyes while we post a spoiler and we will tell you when to open". Wth?
I remember the local NBC news affiliate doing this during their sports segment on the evening news during the past few Olympics. They'd warn you the spoilers were coming, and would play the Olympics Fanfare music, and once the music was over, you could open your eyes or turn back toward the TV. I thought that was a good idea.

Do you watch the local Olympic coverage at 730? They air from Clipper mill to give it an ancient feel which cracks me up. But they did this same thing yesterday but then immediately went into the results, verbally, so closing your eyes did no good. They should just tell people to change the channel. But oh the ratings!
