I said 7, but really it's 7-10. I always shower in the morning and sometimes I hop in the shower after an evening workout. (I don't wash my hair a second time though, as it gets too dry if I wash it more than once a day.)
I have to shower/wash my hair daily or I feel gross.
Me, too. But many weekends I just let myself be gross on Saturday. It's cleaning/yardwork day anyway. If I have to run to the store or something I do the dry shampoo thing to get by.
Of course, now that we have more than one bathroom, that might change...
I said 3 which tends to be the average for me, I try for more but am so exhausted most nights that I put it off if it's not absolutely necessary. I do shower more often when swimming/working out consistently.
Anywhere from 5-7. It depends a little on season too. I shower pretty much everyday in summer, a little less in winter. And if I workout in the evening I'll always shower that night or the next morning. I basically never go more than 2 days, but my hair actually does better if I don't wash it everyday and I hate showering without washing my hair.
Thanks for the responses. I'm a bit surprised by that the most votes were for 7 (or 7+) times. I figured many people often skipped a shower at least once. Weather it be winter, not having time with kids running around, not being dirty, no need to wash hair, etc. I most often end up skipping a shower on Saturday mornings because we are usually up and out the door. Or we are up and doing chores. And part of me feels like Saturday is my day off and showering, doing hair, and then makeup sometimes feels like so much work. Particularly if DD is joining me in the shower or I have to figure out how to keep her entertained while I'm in there.
I shower at night and the shower I skip most often is Friday nights - because there is something oddly satisfying about coming home on a Friday night and getting into pjs at 6:30pm. But if I know that that we have to be up and about on Saturday morning, I suck it up and shower so L and I aren't jockeying for shower time.

I think I'm crazy, I actually don't like showering every day. My hair gets weird and my skin feels dry if I do. I shower every other day, usually right after a run now. I'm a night showerer.
