Why does Keane have Tom chained up on a boat? How did that happen? My DVR must have skipped the episode where this happened because suddenly Tom was back and imprisoned. H and I spent last night watching the latest episode completely confused.

In the season finale (season 1) Liz shot Tom and she said she killed him and then his body is gone when the other agents got there.
She didn't kill him, she moved him to the boat without telling anyone.
