I was seriously all settled on the couch with my computer, watching a movie, when I posted on the Tuesday Workout thread.
I totally realized that if I wanted to reach my goal of finishing week 4 of C25K, I needed to go out tonight. So I got off my butt, got into my work out gear and got into gear.
I did W1D1 and ran 3.5km!! (I'm slow, but getting better.) It was my best run yet, I was totally dreading the 5 minute intervals, but I rocked them.
