The Curse Of Oak Island, anyone but me watching

I got hooked to this show last year.  It's a show on History channel, buried treasure, curses, booby traps and pirates, what's not to like.  

Every eps I hope they find something big, I'm dying to know if there really is a treasure and if it can be found.

yes DH & i just started watching is this week actually. i think we are watching out of order tho, i like it but hate how much time is them sitting at the table talking about stuff! JUST DIG!!

H had it on the other night.  I didn't realize it was an actual series with multiple seasons, I thought it was just a mini-series type special.

This is the 2nd season. The 1st one tells you about the brothers and other people involved, plus they hit their first booby trap.

I didn't realize there were seasons! I just watched what I thought was the first episode, but now I'm not sure. It's the one where they focused on coconut fiber. We have two other episodes on our DVR. How many episodes per season are there?

I'm not sure how many eps are in the first season.  I've only watched eps so far of season 2, it was the first one (at least I hope) they had to wait until winter was over to go back to the island.  The new eps are on Tues at 9pm.  You can watch the 1st season on History channel.

I think there is a "Stuff You Missed in History Class" podcast about Oak Island. Probably from several years ago.

Skyesthelimit1212 Yes we have a few episodes left of the first season on our DVR, but I noticed the new season started recently, so we will start watching that soon!

We watch occasionally. I always feel a bit disappointed with the way they have the pacing. A whole episode and not much progress with each.
