DH and I completed our first Whole 30 in September 2013. We stayed loosely Paleo for about one year up until this late summer/early fall when we have completely fell off the wagon. Bread, candy, cookies, beer, etc. Completely off. Every Monday since early Oct., we've said "OK, this is week 1, we're going to do it," we stick to it for about three days and then things get hectic and we stop. Repeat conversation the next Sunday. Any tips for motivation the second time around? You would think it would be easier because we know how awesome day 30 feels, but, no, not us.
I've been really off the wagon since a Halloween party I went to last Friday. So today I made a meal plan for the week and did a big grocery shop and now I'm about to spend the next two hours cooking in order to make the decision to eat on plan foods very easy.
I think that's he best thing for me to do to stay motivated to do it again
