Xp from careers: interview help

I'm probably thinking about this too much...anyways, I have two interviews coming up, one Thursday and one Monday. If by chance the first interview offers me the job before Monday, what should I do? Do I let them know I have another interview? I would like to do both interviews because both jobs seem great. Thanks for any input!
