I need help finding a battery charger.

I bought two new HQRP (CBT) batteries, only one is needed for my Vintage Sony Walkman Cassette Player that I love with a passion but have not been able to use it.  No one on the Internet sells chargers for this battery but they sell it to people.  Figure that one out!  I have a picture of the battery attached to this post.  The site that sold me the batteries does not have a charger for them!  I just do not understand that one at all.  Hey I got the part number for what I need but no one has the part so far as I could fine, here it is Sony part # either one will do: 1-528-580-21 (Tourist) or 1-528-661-15 (Korean)
