1. Playing ship with my half-sister. We used to use the couch as the ship and then dock and buy things from around the house. We used to use her mother's slips as skirts and dresses.
2. Every July 4th we would drive up to a friend of the family's house in backwood NH, they had a zip line that we would spend the entire day on. My step-father would take me around on winding roads on his motorcycle.
3. Driving up the day after Thanksgiving to my step-sister's house in NY and we would spend the long weekend with her.

1. Watching Mets games with my family...in particular, when my brother and I would wear our homemade "coneheads" for when David Cone was pitching.
2. Playing with the neighborhood kids - we were always outside, playing baseball, kickball, riding bikes, playing manhunt, going to the pool, playing cards, making jewelry.
3. Family vacations which were road trips to baseball stadiums
4. Reading all the time...books, and the newspaper (I was really up on baseball stats)
There was a lot of baseball in my life as a kid, lol
1. When I was 10 and we got our first dog! 2. Playing the violin during orchestra concerts at school. 3. Being the narrator in the school play. 4. The first time my family went to the beach. 5. Riding my bike to the park with my friends. 6. Reading Little House on the Prairie books all weekend. 7. Putting up the Christmas tree every year.

1. When my parents let me stop going to after school care and started letting my brothers "watch" me in the afternoons. They would take me on adventures with them and their friends, that my mom never would have approved of. Example: When a giant three story house was being built behind us and we'd play hide and seek in there around all the nails and incomplete floor boards.
2. Going on the air force base with my grandpa. He was a retired General and (obviously) would get a lot of respect everywhere we would go. As a kid, it made me feel like I was with a celebrity.
3. Playing pool games with my brothers
4. The day we got our second dog. We had a beagle and our neighbor had a basset hound. Our family would always fawn over the basset when it was outside (we are all dog people). One day, the neighbors asked if we wanted him. They weren't home enough for him or something. My parents said to bring him over and let him play with our dog to see how they got along. He was literally in our yard 10 mins chasing our beagle when he fell in the pool. He couldn't swim with his short basset legs and my brother had to jump in fully-clothed to save him. We had him for another 11 years after that!
-When I was little, my neighbor and I would draw pictures of MJ, blast his music outside, and rollerblade around jamming out. -My dad came to a father/student breakfast in first grade. All 6'3 of him sat in a little chair -My dad came home early from work one day during the summer and was just like hey, let's go to xyz (a putt-putt, arcade, and go kart place). It was so spur of the moment and fun and I still remember it. -My mom has always worked full time and wasn't able to volunteer for things like field trips. On one field trip to the natural science museum she surprised me and showed up that morning as a volunteer. -Trips for volleyball tournaments with my mom throughout high school. We always had a blast talking and laughing on the long car rides. -Disney world. Enough said!
- Business trips with dad - Going to Disney World a few times with the fam! - Making forts in the basement - Having lots of siblings was always a lot of fun - Decorating the tree and big holiday celebrations - Playing Mary-Kate and Ashley with my neighbor friend - Making piles of leaves to jump in
-going camping 7-8x a year -learning to ride a dirt bike -going to Disneyland -building forts with the dinning room chairs/table -skating on the ice rink my parents build in our back yard
And honestly anything else that we did as a family. We spent so much time together it was amazing.
-Christmas eve at my grandparents house. -spending time with my dad, I wish I spent more with him instead of growing apart then losing him. -living within walking distance of my best friend then, we got into so much trouble. -the original teenage mutant ninja turtles
