Go see it! We took both kids, and they loved it. My 3 year old was only scared of the paddington bear preview. It was really funny, super cute, and sad. My son has decide he wants to build robots after seeing it. Has 100% belief that daddy can build him one.
I've heard it is a tear jerker...do the tears have to do with parental stuff? I just can't deal with that right now. I've heard Interstellar is also good, but it has a major father/daughter relationship component, and I just can't right now.

I dont want to give to much away, but yeah huge tears for family issues.
Someone told DD that there was a sad part. She kept asking us all afternoon, "What's the sad part? What's the sad part?" We told her we couldn't tell her because, Spoilers.
When the thing happened that happened, this voice rang out in the theater, "Oh. Was THAT the sad part, mommy?"
Also... we all do the fist bump now.
We saw kung fo panda 2 in theaters and it comes to the super sad part, gets really silent and my son starts laughing in this huge booming fake laugh.
