Through second hand info, I have heard that someone who lives abroad (in Austria, not on a military base) uses Amazon Prime and gets stuff from Amazon shipped to her - for free.

My friend's husband is in Alaska with the US Air Force and he gets overseas duty pay while stationed there. If not even the US Military thinks of if as a "real" part of the US, why should Amazon?
