I only dyed my hair twice, blonde and dark brown (it's naturally a sandy brown). But I did have it every length there is, from down to my waist to pixie-short. When I started college I chopped off two feet of hair and went so short I could spike it with gel. I'm pretty adventurous with haircuts. I don't have a pic of the super short hair on this computer...I should move my photos over.
The only pic I have is a hardcopy and I have no idea where it is.
When I was in high school, freshmen or sophomore year, I bleached out the bottom 3-4 inches of my hair. Every week I would dye that part a different color. I did red, blue, purple, etc. After a couple months I just bleached it out again and left it like that until I cut off the ends. I wish I had more pictures. It was awesome. My friends would vote on what color I should dye it, lol.
I love to dye my hair. I have had basically every color!! Such fun. I don't have any copies on my computer of when I was Anne in Anne of Green Gables but my hair was bright, bright red to play that part.
I also dyed big chunky pink hi-lights when I was 19!
Did this (covered the eyes, back when I was scare of message boards):
Right after that, I dyed my hair maroon. Like bold shiny red-purple. Also loved it, and I may do it again soon. this is the best I have of the maroon. it's not a great pic, it's actually downloaded and cropped from facebook, I cropped out other people:
Put sun-in all over it while on a family vacation in Florida. Followed by going blond. Followed by horrible roots for months, til my sister forced me to get it dyed back to normal. This was senior year of HS.
Not much- I dyed it red a lot in high school, but that's about it
I always wanted to do it purple but I never got around to it, and now I feel like I'm too old- my workplace is pretty relaxed, but I already rock my nose ring at work- I think purple hair might be too much.
I died my hair black once.....by accident. I had what I thought was a dark brown. Nope. My hair dresser yelled at me, stripped the color, then died it a natural color. Fun times. I wish I had pics but no....

Unfortunately nothing as exciting as I would love to! I'm thinking the next time I cut my hair, I might color it too and get something fun done with it (like streaks in either red, blue or purple.. not sure). My work doesn't care that much about hair color and piercings (yay for leaving my nose ring in!) so it's nice to have the freedom to do that!
Anyways, I have dyed my hair almost every "natural" color except super light blonde. I think one of my favorite things was something my friend did in HS. I was going for brighter streaks and more red for the base, but it ended up kinda cool:

I did sun-in too! Such a bad decision! I was in 8th grade I think, put tons of that crap in my brown hair, which turned orange. I then tried to tell my mom I didn't do anything to it... Needless to say she didn't believe me and I got in lots of trouble!
I let my friend give me highlights and I looked like a zebra.
I dyed her hair that night too and it was supposed to be a lovely shade of red...it came out a horrible pink. Not like a fun vibrant one, but just awful. It took something like $300 to fix at the salon because it requires multiple appointments. Oops.

I forgot I've used Sun In too! I never really got any weird effects from it though. It just made my hair smell like lemons and made it very slightly lighter, haha.
Oh, geez. The craziest thing I've ever done was probably letting my best friend give me a pixie cut when I was a sophomore. My hair was elbow length before the cut. Luckily she didn't totally destroy it, but it could have been a complete disaster. She let me shave her head bald the next weekend.
My hair has also been every stinkin' color of the rainbow. I think I liked the hot pink hair the best. I did that at the end of sophomore year to match my prom dress.

jjwritergirl I had some pretty epic bangs going on back in the day too. Although mine were all my mom's fault. Why so much bang?! Haha. This was my first day of 1st grade:
My mom talked me into "wispy" bangs when I was in 5th grade. I ended up with thick bangs and terrible cow licks. I still give her crap for coming up with that genius plan.
I've had my hair all different colors. Red, black, orange, purple.
I think the worst is when I let my SIL cut my hair when she was in beauty school. I was a senior in high school and wanted a shoulder length bob cut and ended up with it 4 inches too short.oh and this was right before senior prom. I was so upset.

My hair has been every color too. I once had the under layer bleached and the top layer dark brown. I'd do crazy stuff like curl the brown and straighten the blonde. I've got pics at home I can find.

My Hair has been every color of the rainbow. I use to have dreadlocks. I dearly miss them too. I shaved my head once when I was teenager to piss my parents off. other than that I can't think of any thing else.
Tried to put highlights in my hair using Jolene moustache bleach. It turned orange. 7th grade fail. Ah, the 80's, when the asymmetrical bob flourished and bonus points for my braided rat tail.
