I'm going to bow out now that we've had more interest. Personally I think ESD and twotrue would both make good global mods.

I'll throw my name out there. I mainly stick to the Starting Over board but am online very frequently. I'd be available to be paged on the board and respond to issues elsewhere.

I'm online regularly on my computer. I don't have experience as a mod but I do have significant computer / Internet experience. I check the board regularly (multiple times per day). I generally stay out of any drama but am comfortable intervening for more serious issues like posting private information, inappropriate posts (such as threats). I'm good at sniffing out who is being inappropriate and would only ban in extreme situations but wouldn't hesitate to do so if necessary.
