Didn't she say her H was in school still? And she's an admin at a small private school? And according to the link jezebel posted, they make $100k? That... does not compute.
Personally against, although professionally may have to enforce. Which I think is a slim possibility I'll ever have a DP case.
I don't understand how lawyers can do this.
Not trying to be a bitch but I really have a hard time understanding how you could enforce it if you don't believe in it.
I don't care how much money I would be getting paid, I couldn't risk someones life just do do my job.
It especially bothers me when it comes out after the fact that innocent people were sentenced to DP because DA's hid evidence or continued pushing for a DP conviction regardless of witnesses recanting or new evidence just so they can preserve their "wins".

Also, to play devil's advocate, wouldn't you rather have someone who opposes the death penalty deciding when its appropriate v. someone who is like ALL MURDERS MUST DIE?

She makes the big bucks, she's in charge of arts and crafts supplies. Also, I would argue that she is risking someone's life by allowing all that rampant UNAUTHORIZED playground use.
I think we should have the 3 strike rule unless its something criminal regarding children, murder and the like. You fucked up, your out!! ( no chances)
