What have you had luck with that lasts a looooong time for strong chewers? I just gave Apple a Busy Bone and she was done in 15 minutes. I am looking for something that will occupy her for upwards of an hour.
I have also tried Kong w/ frozen filling and other toys like that but she is done in no time.
Nylabones- the hard ones. I can't tell how large Apple is, but, Nylabone makes a faux marrow bone that's stuffable. It's super heavy, our guys are 7.5mo and ~65lbs, and they cart it around fine, if that helps- but, Amazon reviews complain about the heaviness.
Antlers last, but, can chip teeth, so you need to be careful. Ditto actual arrow bones. With our pups, Squirrel Dudes last longer than Kongs (both stuffing wise and just general life- the black Kongs just chip away).
That said, I doubt any of that will occupy a smart pup for a full hour. There are kibble releasing puzzle balls that are worth a shot- we have a senior dachsie who gets snippy with the big guys over food, so we can't use anything like that- and I don't think they'd last through an aggressive chewer (so not something you can leave in a crate).

She loves her Nylabones and has quite a few but I need something different that involves eating. She is 45lbs.
I just doubt that there's a lot of healthy treats that will last anywhere near an hour. Marrow bones (sorry about the "arrow"- confusing if you didn't know what I was talking about!) are worth trying, they definitely hold most dogs' attention for awhile. They're a very high value treat, so if there's any food aggression or resource guarding behavior from her, be aware. Our dogs would go into their crates with them, both to keep the mess at minimum and to avoid any risk of the senior getting possessive with his much larger brothers.
Experiment with your Kong stuffing, too- we can get a good half hour out of a well stuffed/frozen dude.
Oh, there's a Nylabone bacon flavored "stick" that was super popular when the boys were about her size (I think there's a bigger size- I'll need to look). They really loved it's shape- probably one of the best ones we've had! It also has holes in either end, good for pushing yogurt/peanut butter mixture into and freezing, without the "too heavy" issue of the faux marrow bone.
If you figure this out, let me know because I have 2 champion chewers. Cricket has destroyed 3 black Kongs in the last year (to give you an idea of how "aggressive" his chewing is).
