How do I post pic from my Iphone application?

Oh God call me stupid but I just dont know how to post pics from my iphone application. I had done it before but my iphone crashed and i just installed the app again and cant figure out how to post pic. I dont see any icon or button to post pic :/

Go to 'reply', then 'advanced options', then choose either 'camera' or 'photo album'. Take a pic or choose a pic from the album, closet advanced options, and send.

Oh thanks for your reply and for taking the time to help me. For some weird reason if i go to the "show me your" post i dont see the reply button on the buttom as on this post :/

So weeird, that is the only post where I dont see the reply button and no wonder i couldnt do it haha. Why wouldnt i been able to reply to that post :/ i wanted to showed them my watches .
