That video won't play for me. it stops at about 17 seconds. But he does say it's compressed for time, is it 1.5 seconds in the compressed video or IRL?

I cannot bring myself to watch but I thought the Cleveland PD released the video. To me, that would imply they thought the video backed up the story. Fucking twelve. TWELVE.

Holy hell. When I first heard about this incident and saw a picture of the BB gun I did think it was a tragic accident. But that was basically a drive-by shooting by the police. They didn't take time to assess what was going on, nor did they give him time to respond to any orders they may have given. His poor parents.

They also pulled up immediately next to him. If you think someone has a gun, shouldn't you proceed with caution and not just be prepared to shoot him immediately? Even if it was an adult. FFS. He was a baby. A fucking baby.

Ohio has had some crazy gun violence lately. They killed someone with a bb gun in a beavercreek walmart and 4 people (one of whom was pregnant so 5 victims) were shot and killed in their home for apparently no reason in cleveland. it seems like everyday there is something new.
The person who reported it TOLD the dispatcher that they thought it was probably a toy but the dispatcher never passed that little piece of info on to the cops when radioing the call into the cops in the car.
Has anyone read about the shooting on Cleveland? I read the initial report. It stated the boy, age 12, had a BB gun, the police were called, they asked him to put his hands up, he reaches for the gun and the cop shoots and kills him. That's my summary. I will post a link. www.cnn.com/2014/11/26/justice/cleveland-police-shooting/
For any of you wondering why I think DW is a lying liar that lies, this is why. I read the initial story of this incident and thought the shooting was justified although tragic. This looks they literally drove up, got out and shot the boy. This is why video is so important. This is why people end up feeling skeptical of the police.
See, this is EXACTLY the kind of incident I was referring to in my post the other day. Why should the shooter still have the right to be referred to as "alleged"? No.no.no. Flame me again, I don't care.

I still don't agree with you, but I would like to point out that they are not being called "alleged"
