Fuck. I just woke up with a stomach bug and passed out and hit my head on tile. I am so dehydrated already trying to keep up with how much 4 week old DS2 is nursing. I am so afraid he is going to get this. Ugh. And we are 2 hours from home and my mom wants us to leave as soon as possible tomorrow.

I am so sorry! I had the flu when DS1 was three months. It went around my moms group: we all got it the same night! I was so so sick; nearly every hour in the hour for ten hours.
Just keep nursing and drink as much as possible. Have someone else take care of the baby, ideally, allowing you to sleep and just nurse. If your worry about a supply dip, try to nurse more frequently for shorter durations as it will stimulate milk production. Feel better!
Ugh. I had a stomach bug when DD was 3 weeks and it was terrible. Get as much help/rest between nursing sessions as possible. It's very rare that babies that young actually get sick because they have your antibodies (even more so when you BF), so chances are he'll be just fine. Fingers crossed for you!!
I had that a couple weeks ago. I ended up at the hospital because I could keep nothing down. It was awful. Somehow J missed getting it, but as soon as we got home for the hospital H got it. Hopefully you don't end up like me. Feel better!
I had a terrible stomach bug while nursing. After 24 hours of not being able to keep down fluids, I went to a freestanding ER and got 2 bags of fluids and zofran. It helped.

Thanks everyone. Luckily, I'm feeling much better this morning. I'm still dizzy and have a big bump on my head so DH is helping with the baby and my mom has DS1. Now just fingers crossed that no one else gets it.
