A few episodes back Ducky was making a big deal about making Gibbs the executor of his will. I wonder if this was the plan all along...

DH was just saying that he saw that Ducky just signed a 2 year contract, so it looks like he might be okay after all. I'll have to do some research on this.

I read the same thing. Ducky (David McCallum) extended his contract so looks like he will recover.
