I am freaking out. I am about 2 weeks away from having both girls birthdays. I will have a 4yr old and a 1yr old. As for the bump, it is 11 weeks today.
recent milestones: J is finally walking! She is still a little iffy and prefers to do it on her own when she thinks no one is looking. But it is exciting, I'm tired of all the worn knees of her pants so hopefully she will be more walking than crawling very soon.
We have J's first bday party next weekend and I am in slight panic mode but not quite. I will be happy when it's over but I am also excited to celebrate.

I haven't participated in a while... sorry! As jennlin has said before, two kids is HARD, yo.
M is finally over her sick hump that she's been fighting for close to two weeks now. Of course, now J and I both have the crud. And tomorrow's my birthday. Whee!
M is showing her 3-ness. Girl is sassy, stubborn, and is trying my ever-loving patience. We have a star chart that is supposed to reinforce good behavior, and it seems to work a bit, but we haven't really set any true 'goals' or a treat for her to strive to attain that we can dangle in front of her to get her to shape up. And, I know most of this is just her age, of course. Constant vigilance! LOL
B is such a sweet baby (he just hit 3 months and change - I'm so not into the weeks age this time around). I love this kid SO much. He is starting to get fun - interaction, giggles, squeals of delight, and he plays on his own for small periods of time, which is nice when M needs something NOW. He is my little butterball turkey/Buddah baby. He is so chunky and just a love bug. BUT! He's freaking teething. Already. I can't believe it. This kid is such an overachiever!
We got Santa pictures the Sunday after TG, and they are pretty cute. The girl who did our pictures captured one of B smiling and sweetly leaning into Santa (!!!), and there were a couple good ones of M, too.
I'll post some pictures in a minute from my phone.

C is a week shy of four months. Hooooooly crap. Where has time gone??
She just started rolling this past week. It's not consistent because she's lazy like her mama. She's also figured out how to scooch around on her back like a little inchworm.
We get her daycare pics back next week. You guys, they are SO CUTE I DIED.

OMG congrats!!! I missed your announcement!
Thank you With two losses between the girls we are the cautious ones so we pretty much haven't told anyone yet. I have told you guys and my bff. I did get a simple ultrasound this week at my dr apt and got to see a heart beat, then I have my big fancy dating ultra sound the 23. In perfect time to tell our parents for Christmas

picksthemusic C is teething too! No teeth are in yet, but the drooling and the chewing and the crying ... oh my goddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddd. How long is this going to last?!

I hope not too long. M didn't start with the teething until 4 months. Full-on drool at 3 months, but no teeth to be seen until 4 months. So... yeah. But this too shall pass.
E is 16 months. He's been having issues sleeping lately and is becoming a bit of a defiant toddler. He loves the Christmas tree and suddenly has gone deaf and does not hear "no touching" when the tree/ornaments are involved. He give me hugs and kisses on the mouth when I ask. *melt* He's adding a few clear, appropriately used words to his vocabulary. Dog and up and the most used. I've been letting him eat Cheerios in the car on the way to daycare which he thinks is the coolest/funniest thing EVER. He also is constantly making this scowl face with a furrowed brow and then a big, cheesy grin, repeat.

E is 16 months and he's been teething this whole time, with a few breaks here and there. It's the worst.
Baby Stretch is 16 months old tomorrow. Incredible. Finally walking, albeit still a bit cautiously. Gaining some weight (1.4lbs in a month!), although a stomach bug a week and a half ago set us back a little I'm sure. He's only just now getting his appetite back. He understands a lot but doesn't say that many words...he says a word for dog (GAH!), dada, uh oh, and cooooool.
Blb is approximately 2.5. She's so funny. She recently went trough a big language explosion and just cognitive explosion. We don't go into Seattle very often with her. Maybe like once every 2-3 months or something. We told her we were going to visit Santa in Seattle soon and she said "ride ferry!" And I was so impressed that she made that connection.
We have been working on her listening and helping her learn to seek positive attention over negative.
We are talking about plans to move her out of her crib but I don't really care that much. She loves her crib and I comfortable. Why change yet? Maybe in the spring.
Potty training is moving along slowly. Again, I just don't care that much to push it. I'm more focused on behavior right now.
Here is a picture of her new haircut. I finally took the plunge and cut her bangs. And this is her when she first saw Santa at the tree lighting last weekend. Oh, and here she is riding a frog
picksthemusic, I could've written pretty much word for word about A what you wrote. Almost 4 months old is really a great age. A grins all the time and wants to be a part of everything we do. He's getting better at grabbing things, shaking them, and shoving them into his mouth. He can roll tummy to back and back to side so far.
G is loving the Christmas season and I'm loving watching her. We got an elf on the shelf and a Playmobil advent calendar for her and she's into both. Friday her daycare had Santa visit and she asked him for a candy cane and a Christmas tree. We got the tree this weekend and he gave her the candy cane right then so I'll have to ask her again what she wants.
