Some months are a bigger hit with my dogs than others. I was hesitant, because my dogs tend to instantly destroy stuffed toys and there is usually one in there each month. But we got one the second month that my dogs absolutely love and its still around 7 months later! That same month we also got a bone that was a big hit with my dogs too.

YES! I love it! You can usually find a code to get your first box free. Or I can refer you
We have two big dogs (a kelpie and a greyhound) and we usually get 4 or 5 things a month in the box. I think the best thing about the BarkBox is that it keeps me from browsing the treat aisle at the local pet food store, and that saves us money.
$19 a YEAR would be worth it, $19 a month is more iffy.
We have BIG puppies- they're @75lbs and just turned 8mo- and they have big retriever-esque heads and mouths, so we have to be really careful about toys selection these days. When they get a game of tug going between them, they can pop a sturdy soft toy like a thread snaps, so soft toys just don't have a place in our home right now (and Barkbox LOVES the soft toys). "Tough" toys are rarely tough enough- it pretty much can't fit in their mouths if they want to call themselves tough in our house.
And the big reason it isn't a great deal for us- we just don't use packaged treats often. I make big batches of soft training treats, and the pups get leftovers and extras from us frequently, and Kongs/Dudes in their crates- but, that's about it. You really have to do packaged treats to get any value out of the boxes.
They seem like fun if you have the right dog situation, though!
BlackCanary just thought I'd let you know if your seriously considering it, BarkBox is doing a deal right now where if you sign up for a 6 or 12 month plan you get 2 months free. It only lasts until tomorrow at midnight though. Just FYI
ETA: It may only be for previous/current users. I got an email about it, so not 100% sure.

Yes! My dog loves it. They also have a policy that if there is a toy or treat that the dog doesn't like, let them know and they will replace it for free. AND, if you are involved with a rescue that is partnered with BarkBox, you put in your rescue's code and a portion of the proceeds is donated to that rescue.
I also love that the treats in the Barkbox are mainly made in the US and aren't full of processed crap.
