Almost 2 years and I still find myself doubting my H

9 times out of 10 I have no problems believing he is doing what he says, but yesterday out of nowhere I had this horrible urge to try and verify his story.  We are separated and he really owes me no explanation but I still felt this horrible urge to dig.  It's probably a good thing I have my normal Al Anon meeting tonight because I do not want to be that person again.
