Ok, forgive me of I sound dumb. I know this is expected to pass since the NDAA has been passed the last 50-something consecutive years, but it hasn't passed the Senate yet, right?
Great news! I wonder if they will cover double electric pumps or only manual pumps?
A girl I work with is on ML right now and wants to continue to breastfeed when she returns to work, but the last time I talked to her it looked like pumps were prohibitively expensive for her (she's a junior enlisted member). I'd hate to think she won't be able to get the support or supplies she needs when she returns to work because stupid Tricare doesn't cover anything....
Anyway, it's definitely a step in the right direction!

That sucks. Some people do great with a single manual pump. My mom told me that was all she ever had. I never knew that until recently. She went back to work when I was 6 weeks or something like that.

WIC will give her a pump if she qualifies for benefits, which most junior enlisted do.

Yes, just the House so far. It's expected to pass the Senate next week and hopefully Pres. Obama will sign it soon after.
