Spending the night in the peds ER

DD was inconsolable since 3pm yesterday. Finally at 11pm we called it and decided to drive to the peds ER. She has a GI motility disorder and her abdominal X-ray showed a fair amount of obstruction. 1 enema and some sedative later, she's finally stopped screaming. Now that she's calmed down we're just waiting for more imaging to rule out a surgical issue. Looks like we won't get any sleep tonight

Oh no! I hope things are looking better today. Update when you can. Nice job trusting your gut and taking her in.
