So DH was in an accident couple weeks ago. The other driver was at fault, but disputed this of course. I logged onto the website and it says Determination of Fault is complete, but doesn't say what the result is, it just says to call your claims rep for more info.
However below that it says "Deductible Recovery" and under that is says "Your Claims Representative is currently investigating. They will be in contact once they have information regarding the recovery of your deductible."
Can I safely assume this means they determined the other driver was at fault?

I have Progressive and I was in an accident a few months ago. The accident was my fault (no dispute), and on my claims status it says: "Determination of fault is complete. Please contact your claims representative if you would like more information regarding the liability process."
So since yours doesn't say this, I would assume that means they found the other driver at fault.
