The U/S came out clear (nothing that needs to be surgically decompressed). Poor thing was awake for 14 straight hours screaming, even after the enemas. Her colon was so dilated on the X-ray, I can't imagine how much pain she was in. I am amazed an infant could stay up that long without passing out from exhaustion. We finally agreed to a small dose of sedative to calm her enough that she would nurse. Otherwise she also hadn't eaten or drank in 10 hrs so she needed to prove she would take things orally before we could leave.
Her GI issues had been thus far considered a motility disorder of unknown cause. She had been doing ok on fiber, antispasmodics, and suppositories. But now I think we've reached the point that she needs a surgical biopsy, or at least a GI doc.

Thanks everyone. In my exhaustion I meant I type needs a "new" pedi GI. She had one before we moved, but now we need to find one (and a pediatrician) ASAP.
