The bosslady absolutely refused to have any type of buffet, ever. All meals had to be sit down for when the fancy folks were in town.

That is awesome. I am a corporate meeting planner and I hope someday to get CMP certified. Can't wait to hear how the class is. Cornell offers an online version I have looked into.
