And what are you doing to prepare?
I am starting January 5. I am making a freezing a few things including soups, marinara sauce, meatloaf, meatballs, and cooking and shredding chicken (I tend to use it a lot).
I made a trip to TJ and stocked up on coconut oil, cashews, tuna fish, almond butter, chili lime chicken burgers, and various seasonings.
In the next few weeks I am trying to use up non compliant items so they aren't even in the house!
A spiralizer is on my christmas list.
I plan to take before measurements this time.
I am so so excited to do this again. I have never felt better than when I am doing a W30.

I'm starting Jan. 1. I'm putting together a menu and shopping list for the month this week. I'm off work the next two weeks, so I plan to shop and prep some freezer meals, pre-bake some sweet potatoes, and make it easy to prep meals during January.

I plan on starting on the 2nd. I did my first W30 in Sept/Oct, and I'm pumped to do it again. I plan on cooking and freezing lots of stuff that first weekend. And making some things like mayonnaise that I never made last time.

I didn't do mayo the first time either! It will be a whole new world, lol. Or so I hear!

I am starting Jan. 5 and using this weekend as a major prep research session. Mainly focusing on booze and dairy free but need to get into the nitty gritty details of the plan.
"Hello babies. Welcome to Earth. It's hot in the summer and cold in the winter. It's round and wet and crowded. On the outside, babies, you've got a hundred years here. There's only one rule that I know of, babies-"God damn it, you've got to be kind.”

I might. I aborted my attempt in August (turned into a Whole 7) when we were moving and things went to shit as a result. We're finally settled in at home (we moved again, for good, in November) so I figure after the holidays I will want to try again. I'm nervous but I need a serious reboot.

Me!! Starting the first. I've finally decided to do this, been thinking about it for a year! Husband is doing it with me. I'm a horribly inactive poster, but I want someplace to come for help with this thing. I've read back all pages on this board : )
Working on my meal plan for the first half of January. The only meal prep I've thought of is boiling eggs for the week, grilling chicken for quick salad proteins, and prepping veggies for add ins for scrambled eggs and dinner.
I am! My husband and I are starting January 5th when we get back from vacation.
I loaded a few primal/paleo cookbooks on my Kindle and have been reading them.
I gave up soda and booze on 12/15 and have been gradually reducing my sugar intake (no desserts or snacks). We're in Thailand right now and every meal includes rice or noodles...so the real start date is the 5th. But I have to say...I've already been feeling better.
I found a refrigerated coconut/almond milk with no sugar or carrageenan in it. I'm hoping it will work for a coffee creamer. I just can't do black coffee.

I'm starting once we finish cleaning out our fridge of leftovers, because I hate wasting food. So maybe before Jan 1, but definitely by then. I've already started scouring blogs for recipes and tips. i know I'm going to have to get diligent about meal planning and having stuff on hand to make quick, W30 approved meals because getting lazy is always my downfall when trying any "diet."
Oh, and booze. That might be my biggest downfall. I do know I will cheat on that part in January since my birthday is Jan 17. But I'm going to try to keep it in check.
I will officially start my second Whole30 on the 5th. However, I will start to clean up before then as much as possible because I just feel better when I eat compliant.

Tomorrow begins round 3 for me. I keep telling myself that I'm not going to do it completely compliant because I want a glass of champagne on NYE but I feel like that's cheating. Oh well.
I'm just meal planning and cleaning out the pantry of all temptations today.

We are at starting Jan. 4....I actually made and froze some soup this weekend and made a calendar of meals, recipes and grocery lists. Booze and dairy will be hardest but I want to give it a try. I will stick track food though as I want to see at what level of protein i feel really full, plus I don't want portions to get out of control.
I'm starting in January! I did my first whole 30 from sept 15-oct 15 and thought it went really well. I then stuck to an 80% paleo diet and continued to feel great and lose more weight. However, since thanksgiving I've completely been eating whatever I want. Loads of sugar, cheese, alcohol. I feel like shit and I've gained 6 pounds. Horrible.
I'm worried I won't be as dedicated the second time around but I'll look forward to checking in with you girls daily!

Me! I did a W30 when DD1 was a year old (now she's 3.5...) and I felt great and it helped me lose my stubborn belly weight. It's definitely time for a second W30! I'm BFing DD2 and have found some good info on the Whole9 forum. My H has agreed to do it with me this time (we eat Paleo on and off) so that should really help!

I'm going to start on January 5th. I will shop and get everything lined up this weekend so I am ready. I plan to be more active on this board to help me stay with it.
I am also starting on January 5! This will be my second time, the first was in August -September. I am excited to feel good again, my eating habits have been the.worst. For the last couple of months.
My husband and I are starting tomorrow. I've been pinning recipes to try on Pinterest and I should be getting the book today. Husband will be doing a big shop today and I'll do some major veggie chopping today. I'll try to do the check-ins here to stay accountable.
I started on Monday, so it's day 3. It's a quiet week at work with tomorrow off so I figured it was the best shot for me at succeeding. My body needs a reboot.
I got some recipes to prepare and got some key ingredients (still can't find compliant fish sauce). I'm doing fine with the do not eat list and not snacking, but I don't think I'm eating enough vegetables yet. I'm not hungry though. I need to figure out a better system for storing all the vegetables in the fridge too. I don't drink coffee but am a major coke zero drinker, so I have sparkling water for the fizz. My husband will not participate so he is on his own for dinner unless he wants what I cooked, but he often makes his own dinner anyways.

What brand? I've been looking.
I have to go to the store tomorrow morning. I'll post the brand when I go. I can't remember the name.

Man, I want a piece of cheese and some soda.
Red Boat Fish Sauce is what Nom Nom Paleo recommends. I bought it off Amazon.
