5 minutes if I wash my hair, which I do every second day. The other days it just gets brushed. Makeup takes max 5 mins too, though I rarely wear any at the weekend, just in work.

On days that I shower--maybe ten minutes, blow drying. Another 15 if I'm being fancy and curl it. Make-up takes me 15. All told, it takes me about an hour to get ready. I wish I was speedier, but I'm not.

I've managed to get my morning routine down to about 15-20 minutes b/c I like sleep too much. 15 if I don't straighten my hair and throw it up in a loose bun (ie today), makeup takes me about 5-10 mins depending if I'm going to work or it's the weekend. On the weekend I might take an extra few minutes and curl it.
I move slowly in the mornings. It takes me 30 minutes from the time I get out of the shower to getting out the door. That includes blow drying my hair, doing some hair spray to make sure it won't attack my neck with static later in the day, doing my make up, eating breakfast, and grabbing my things.
If I'm curling my hair, it usually takes about 15 to 20 minutes. In the States, I used hot rollers all the time, which takes maybe five minutes to put in and then --genius!!--your hair sets while you do make up, etc. I miss them. :,(
Oh and when I do curl, I do a variety of things, from ringlets to looser curls to curling the bottom. But unless it's ringlets, the general idea is to give it a bit more volume.

My shower, including washing my hair, is 5 minutes or less. It probably takes me 5-10 minutes to blow dry. I don't style my hair and I hardly ever wear makeup. I am a sloth.

My shower is about 12 minutes. If I don't wash my hair, then brushing is about two minutes. If I wash, then blowdrying, straightening and product use add about 10 minutes. Makeup is about 5 minutes max.
I wake up 1 hour before leaving cause I have to eat breakfast and like to do things in a leisurely pace.

My shower is about 15 minutes because I usually get lost inside my head and sometimes find myself soaping up the same part of my body for the 3rd time or putting in shampoo for the 2nd time, etc. Once I get out, though, it takes about 3 minutes to brush my hair (it's long), put it up in my standard loose bun, and put on a touch of mascara.

Hair is maybe 5-10 minutes if I blow dry it, if not it's a quick spritz with detangler or I run some Argan oil through and let it air dry. Make up is about the same as well. I used not to wear it so much, but as my skin has gotten older, it needs more. But it's super simple-foundation, concealer, blush, powder, done.
Depends on the day. If I have to go teach, it maybe takes me 20-30 because I blow dry, put on some makeup, wear real clothes that require more coordination. If I'm writing, it's a five minute process involving a shower, locating a little clip to keep my bangs out of my face and sitting back down again. And my makeup routine on the best of days involves moisturizer, some concealer, and a tiny bit of mascara. I am not high maintenance.
I don't style my hair too often but when I do that alone takes me half an hour. Make up depends, if I'm going to work I do every step from concealer to eyeliner, lipstick and pencil, brightening powder, eyelash curler etc. Which takes another 20 minutes at least. if I'm leaving the house for whatever other reason I just blend in a bit of blush, put on mascara, lipstick and call it a day.
I let my hair air dry since it's ridiculously fine and dries quickly, and take about two minutes to put on moisturizer and mascara. I'm horrible with makeup.
I also let my hair air dry then add some curl cream to smooth it out if necessary (in Madrid it wasn't. Here the air is filled with moisture, so sometimes...). Makeup usually doesn't happen but when it does I have it on in 10 min or less.
I winter I blow dry my hair, it takes less than 3 minutes, in summer I just comb after my shower and air dry. It takes me about 5 minutes to do my makeup (powder, lipstick, mascara and sometimes eyeliner if I'm going out or working).

I'm with the frumps. Brush my hair and pull it up in a ponytail or twist it into a roll and pin it or something. 3 minutes or so. Skin care is usually just moisturizer. If I go out I'll wear more make-up and how long that takes depends on where I'm going.
My hair is easy. The most time I spend on it is untangling it in the shower when I have conditioner in it. Besides that, I don't blow dry it, I don't use hair rollers or straightening irons or anything else. I don't even wash it every day (it's curly and would frizz up a lot if I did).
I probably spend about 10 minutes doing my make up.
