I've started lifting and I've upped my protein a lot in the past few weeks. That means in a day, I'll eat cottage cheese, milk with whey protein, greek yogurt, and maybe some cheese in a meal. A lot of dairy. Is there anything wrong with that? Like, today, I had yogurt with breakfast, but I wanted it as a snack again later. I never react badly to it, as far as digestion, etc. Anyone know?
Ok sweet. I'm glad I don't have to worry. I swear I can eat, like, 400 more calories a day when those extra calories are protein vs. carbs. I don't really know any other ways of getting that much protein, except with meat (which I eat, too). My skin's the same as always, and so is my digestion and mucous, lol. Hurray!
QFT. Not because of what you're eating now, just in general. Usually the first sign of too much dairy is constipation. So if you're digesting normally, then you're good.

My SIL is a nurse and once told DH to cut back on the milk a bit...he was drinking A LOT of it at the time, and apparently too much high fat dairy can contribute to gallstones. But I'm not sure exactly how much constitutes "too much".
