500ish.
No closet (I turned the bedroom into a large closet and the livingroom into a studio). No countertops in the kitchen. - and I'm a pretty good chef. Despite the storage and cooking challenges, I adore my house. If I owned it I would knock some walls down.
I DO have a tiny yard/garden space, a gas stove, a w/d, and no shared walls. This is all I really need in life.
ETA: it's just me, a dog, and a cat. And way too many collections.
1500sf of house over 1500sf finished basement/unfinished garage. So the actual living space is like 2000-2200sf but our listing was for 1500sf (SO odd, IMO)
Me, DH & DS who is 2.5 - I think it's perfect for the 3 of us.
Between 2300-2500 square feet total. Upstairs is about 1700-1900 square feet. 2 adults 1 kid & a dog livd here. Downstairs apartment is 600 square feet. My mom lives down there.
